Evans, Osborne and Kreizman, LLC represents individuals, commercial enterprises, professional and tax exempt organizations in matters with tax implications. The firm handles state and federal tax matters and works with our clients to structure transactions and transfers of business and personal assets with an emphasis on minimizing federal and state taxes. We are also mindful of the estate planning implications of such events. We also represent taxpayers should tax controversies arise. We attempt to resolve these controversies through non-litigation means by representing our clients at tax examinations, and work to arrange installment payment arrangements or offers of compromise. In the event that a resolution by means of non-litigation cannot be achieved, the attorneys of Evans, Osborne and Kreizman, LLC are experienced in litigation matters and will represent its clients in tax court. We are admitted to the U.S. Tax Court and other Federal Courts having jurisdiction.
