Originally formed in 1960 under the name of "Lane & Evans," our firm was located in Rumson, and then Red Bank, New Jersey. We moved into our newly constructed offices in Ocean Township in 1997. Among those judges formerly associated with the firm are William G. Bassler (United States District Court), Harry Lane, Jr. (U.S. Magistrate), Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. (Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division), Marshall Selikoff (Superior Court of New Jersey), Terence P. Flynn (Superior Court of New Jersey), and Chester Apy (New Jersey Worker's Compensation Court). Additionally, Joel Kreizman serves as Judge of the Ocean Township Municipal Court.

The firm prides itself on its active participation in civic affairs. Joel Kreizman has been involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for 17 years, and serves as a director and former President of the Central Jersey Chapter. Harry Osborne has been a Trustee of Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, Inc. since 1976, and has served as both President and Chairman of the Board.
